About Bruce Adreani

Bruce Adreani earned his degree in Business and Marketing from Loyola University. He serves as President of Norwood Builders in Park Ridge, Illinois, and in doing so leads a family-owned firm with three generations of building and development experience. Bruce Adreani and his Park Ridge team have successfully completed numerous single and multi-family residential projects, including townhomes, condos, and mixed-use community projects.

A current focus for Norwood Builders is the Northwest Highway and Metra rail line corridor in the Chicagoland area, specifically with the Arlington 425 project. This transit-oriented-development encompasses a 13-story building with 361 units, 35,000 square feet of commercial space and a 6 story parking garage. Spanning three prime acres in suburban downtown Arlington Heights, the development is only steps away from restaurants, cinemas, and shopping, as well as a Metra station. Mr. Adreani maintains a strong commitment to his community, and seeks out ways to actively support community projects and initiatives.
